Follow these steps to access the QSROnline Web Version.

How to access the QSROnline Web Version

QSROnline web is compatible with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 8 or higher).  For ease of access, the username and password are the same as the Client Desktop version.

  1. Open any of the above-listed web browsers.
  2. Enter my.qsronline.com
  3. Enter username.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Click the “Login” button.

Features of the QSROnline Web Login

Forgot Password

The Login page includes a Forgot Password button to assist customers who have forgotten their password.

  1. Click Forgot Password.

     2. In the pop-up window enter the username.

     3. Enter the email address used to enroll the account.

     4. Click Ok.

An email will be sent with a link to select a new password.

Technical Support

For questions or comments about the Client Desktop version or any QSROnline service, click Technical Support for quick access to QSROnline contact information and other helpful links.

  • To open a help desk ticket, email support@qsronline.com
  • During a service phone call, a Help Desk team member may request remote access to the computer to assist with troubleshooting.  The Fast Support Web Link will navigate to a screen requesting a name and support key.  The Help Desk team member will provide instructions to complete the remote connection.
  • To download the latest version of the Client Desktop, click Check for Program Updates.  Once the page loads click, install to start the download.  For instruction on how to download the Desktop Client, see Installing the QSROnline Desktop Client.
  • The QSROnline Help Desk link redirects customers to the Help Desk where new tickets can be opened and the status of existing tickets can be checked.

Troubleshooting

Why didn’t my login page open?
How do I reset my password if I forgot my username or which email address I used to enroll this account?
Please check with the QSROnline administrator for your company to assist you with password reset. Administrators can use the User Editor to send a password reset request or update an email address connected to a user’s account. If you do not know who the administrator is for your company, contact the Help Desk at (877) 334-6640 for assistance.
