The Menu Recipes Report shows a breakdown of each menu item, including each inventory item used to make the menu item and their associated units of measure. The report also displays the overall food cost percentage for each menu item.
Accessing the Report
To access the Menu Recipes Report:
1. Click on the Menu icon.
2. Hover over Food Cost.
3. Click on Menu Recipes Report.
Viewing the Report
Explanation of the Menu Recipes Report:
1. Menu Item Name
2. Menu Item Selling Price
3. Menu Item Food Cost %
4. Menu Item Total Cost
