Pricing
The Pricing Report displays the minimum, maximum, and average prices for inventory items across units. The average prices are color-coded, with those in red representing the highest price and green representing the lowest price.
Accessing the Report
To access the Pricing Report:
1. Click on the Menu icon.
2. Hover over Food Cost.
3. Click on Pricing Report.
Viewing the Report
1. Select your desired unit.
2. Select your desired date range.
3. To view specifics on a highlighted price, simple click on its cell. An information box will appear at the bottom (outlined in red), which lists the vendors, invoices, and reference numbers associated with the inventory item selected.
