The Sales vs Labor Report compares hourly sales to the hourly labor for each day during a given period.
Accessing the Report
To access the Sales vs Labor Report:
1. Click on the Menu icon.
2. Hover over Labor.
3. Click on Sales vs Labor.
Viewing the Report
1. Select the appropriate unit or units. Also, select the appropriate date range.
2. Have the report display data by hour, half-hour, or quarter-hour.
3. Group the report either by date (shown) or by unit.
4. Use the “+” and “-” signs to expand or collapse the sections, respectively.
