Business Summary Report
The Business Summary Report is a vertical outlay of your restaurant’s key metrics, including gross sales, net sales, sales tax, deposits, credit card transactions, and variance labor percentages. It is commonly used by management.
Accessing the Report
To access the Business Summary Report:
1. Click on the menu icon.
2. Hover over Sales.
3. Click on Business Summary.
