Inventory Item Information
This report is best used for displaying all pertinent information about a specific inventory item. Search for an inventory item and view all of the recipes the item is included in, its pricing information, and all the vendors and vendor items linked to it. This report can be especially beneficial when you are replacing an inventory item and need to know all of the recipes that will be affected by the change.
Accessing the Report
To access the Inventory Item Information Report:
1. Click on the Menu icon.
2. Hover over Food Cost.
3. Click on Inventory Item Information.
Viewing the Report
1. Using the search box at the top, select the desired inventory item.
2. Select the recipes tab to view all of the recipes that the inventory item is used in.
3. Select the Pricing tab to view the price for the inventory item. Pricing information is based on the vendor item(s) mapped to the inventory item.
4. Select the Mapping Info tab to view all of the vendors and their vendor items associated with the inventory item. Under each vendor, see which invoices list the vendor items associated with the inventory item.
