Prior to installation, it is required that you send your account manager 3 daily reports:
1) Sales Summary Report, 2) Labor/Payroll Report, and 3) Product Mix Report.
Each report should include data for a single business day, preferably the busiest day of the week (typically Saturday).
QSROnline also offers an optional service, in which we log into your POS system to pull the three daily reports for you.The purpose behind this service is to reduce your workload and save you time. Please note that this is an optional service, and it is NOT required that you provide QSROnline with your POS login credentials.
If you opt for QSROnline to pull your reports for you, you will need to provide your account manager with login credentials to your POS system. Whether you supply your account manager with your login credentials or you create a new user within your POS system specifically for QSROnline, is up to you.
Please find your POS system from the list below to view the required information necessary for QSROnline to remotely pull your restaurant’s reports. If you do not see your POS system in the list below, please contact your account manager.
Brink POS
Please provide your account manager with the following Brink information:
- API URL
- Brink user account for logging into the web interface.
When creating the Brink user account for logging into the web interface:
- The username should be in the form of: Brink_CompanyName.
- The email address should be in the form of: Brink_CompanyName@qsronline.com.
- If the CompanyName is longer than 20 characters please abbreviate it.
Focus
Please provide your account manager with a login username and password for your Focus system.
Micros
Please provide your account manager with a login username and password for your Micros system.
POSitouch
Please provide your account manager with a login username and password for your POSitouch system.
Revel Systems
Please provide your account manager with the following required Revel information:
- API URL
- API Key
- API Secret
- Revel user account for logging into the web interface.
When creating the Revel user account for logging into the web interface:
- The username should be in the form of: Revel _CompanyName.
- The email address should be in the form of: Revel _CompanyName@qsronline.com.
- If the Company Name is longer than 20 characters, please abbreviate it.
