  • Pricing Report – The Pricing Report displays the minimum, maximum, and average prices for inventory items across units. The Pricing Report will help you make important decisions when it comes to purchasing.
  • Purchase Analysis Report – The Purchase Analysis Report allows a dynamic way to report on vendor items purchased on invoices saved in QSROnline’s system. Vendor Item information can be grouped using any column in the data grid to answer questions such as:
    • How much product was purchased by all stores during a specific time period?
    • What is the total dollar amount purchased by GL code for a specific time period?
    • How much of a specific vendor item was purchased across all stores for a specific time period?

  • Order Guide – The QSROnline Order Guide uses forecasted sales and historical actual inventory usage to provide suggested orders. Suggested Orders can be manually adjusted and downloaded as a pdf. The Order Guide configuration and format can be customized by the company or by the store to allow for quick entry into a vendor ordering portal.

  • Scheduling App – The Employee Availability in the Scheduling App allows employees to set and change their availability with the approval of a Manager, similar to requests off. This feature can be disabled by request by emailing support@qsronline.com.
  • Managing App – The employee availability can be set in the QSROnline Scheduler or Managing App. However, approving requests is completed in the Managing App. Select the Push Notification or Menu, Employee Availability. By default, the Pending Requests will be listed.

They will receive a confirmation email that advises they are now unsubscribed. A manager can add the option for emails in the Scheduler delivery preferences.
  • Actual Food Cost and Variance Food Cost Reports
    • Food Cost Break Down Popup (FCBP) – Now available when double-clicking an inventory item.
    • Show Inventory quantity and dollar amount in the report.
    • Added alternate row colors for a contrast between rows.

    • If your POS allows QSROnline to pull data during different times of the day, the Reporting App can display intraday sales up to the most recent poll time.
  • Scheduling App
    • Employees can now see their work schedules when they are scheduled to work at more than one location. See the Scheduler App Help Guide.
  • Managing app:
    • Managers can modify employee’s availability on their device.
    • Managers can broadcast messages to multiple locations in one message.
    • Managers can broadcast messages to specific jobs.
