Remote Software
QSROnline provides a one-time remote login to your computer using Zoho Assist or FastSupport. If you do not have your own remote connection software. Examples of other remote connection software include LogMeIn and Team Viewer. If you have your own remote connection software, you can send QSROnline the login information, so we may access your computer.

Accessing your Computer
The following should be allowed, in order for us to access your computer remotely: Port 80 (HTTP) and Port 443 (SSL) need to be allowed/opened for the following domains: *.QSRONLINE.COM
The port for FTP connection should also be allowed. This can be tested by going to ftp3.qsronline.com.
If your firewall does not support wildcard (*.domain) entries, use these specific domains for Ports 80 and 443:

Ensure Network and Firewall Access
Confirm your systems are configured to send EDI data to QSROnline without interference from firewalls, email filters, or other security layers. -
Validate Data Formatting and Delivery
Ensure invoice files are formatted and transmitted according to the specifications provided by QSROnline. This can be reviewed at QSROnline New Vendor Help Guide.
