The “Unit Editor” allows administrators to edit store details. During onboarding, QSROnline account managers fill in the store name, address, and open date.
How to Access the Unit Editor
To access the “Unit Editor” click on Menu > Company > Unit Editor.
Features
Each field can be edited to ensure data is accurate. When a location closes permanently, the close date should be entered to stop “Missing Data” email notifications.
To see additional fields, scroll to the right.
Editing Unit Information
- Click the pencil icon in the first column (left side) in the appropriate row.
- Click in any field to edit the details within that field.
- Once completed, click the “Update” button.
- To cancel the edit, click the “Cancel” button.
The “Unit ID” provided is set by QSROnline to ensure each location has a unique ID. The “Unit ID” is set at the beginning of onboarding and cannot be edited.

Why is my unit ID wrong?
QSROnline was provided the unit ID during the onboarding process. If you find that this is incorrect please reach out to your administrator. If you are the administrator please contact the Help Desk at (877) 334-6640 or open a Help Desk ticket by emailing support@qsronline.com.
